Please Do Not place an order with us unless you are willing to commit to the purchase. All of our prices are fair and Are the lowest prices we can offer. Please do Not contact us before two weeks after you have paid for your products and you havent recieved your merchandise, if two weeks have passes you may email us at Unitedgamer@verizon.net to let us know you havent recieved your item, although a tracking code will be sent to the email you provide when the item is shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that were shipped.
All online transactions in our Online Store are handled with
industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into our
order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted
(scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us.
BRE Software provides a safe and secure shopping environment for our
customers. Most consumers are unaware that it is statistically safer to
use your credit card over the Internet than in traditional stores. Brick
and mortar stores and restaurants use a multiple copy sales draft,
which requires your signature. After signing a traditional credit card
receipt, the store employee has access to your credit card number and
signature.
SECURITY GUARANTEE
If through no fault of your own, you experience any unauthorized use of
your credit card as a result of shopping at BRESoftware.Com,
immediately follow the notification procedures required by your credit card
company. Upon confirmation of credit card fraud, if your issuing company
fails to waive your entire liability for unauthorized charges, BRE
Software will reimburse you for the remaining liability, up to a maximum of
fifty dollars. Federal law limits your liability for unauthorized credit
card usage to fifty dollars.
NEW VS USED GAMES
The majority of the video games that we sell are used. They include the
original display boxes, complete original instructions, are
re-shrinkwrapped, and have a 90 day warranty. We also carry brand new, factory
fresh games for the Xbox 360, Xbox, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 2,
GameCube, Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS, and Sony PSP. We normally carry new games
for 3-4 weeks after the title is released. Unless otherwise noted, all
videogames and dvds are used. All new games, accessories and hint books
will be clearly indicated with "New" in the description.
Used video games do not include demos or promotional material for other
games, movies, etc that may have been originally included with the game.
Return Policies
Due to the nature of video games and movies, we are unable to give
refunds or exchanges on new merchandise which has been opened. Shipping
charges are not refundable. Defective games and dvds will be replaced with
the same title only. You are responsible for returning defective games
to us. We will return replacement games to you at no additional cost.
Hardware and Accessories with all original packaging may be returned
less a 20% restocking fee. To return any item, you must send E-Mail to
Unitedgamer@verizon.net notification on how and where to resend the item if not to us.
